For those of who prefer a little more comfort, we suggest hiring a van. Even the most basic white van man van can be turned into a palace of true comfort and style with the addition of a blow up mattress and enough red wine.

There are a number of holiday van hires in the area, although there will be restrictions on short bookings during the summer. Why not book up for the week and take the time to explore Somerset!
We're planning on it being a late one, and if you value peaceful, quiet sleep, you may wish to retire to one of a number of hotels and B&Bs in and around Langport.

Much like the Haggis of the Highlands, or the Drop Bears of South Australia, the Taxis of Somerset have been known to roam the Levels, but are extremely rare. If you are staying more than a short drives distance from the field, please make sure to book up a taxi WELL in advance, we suggest making sure you can even organise one before booking your accommodation- they're that elusive!
If you are going down the comfy bed route, then make sure to stop by for brunch BBQ and games the next day. Baked Beans, Bacon, Beer, Ball Games!
